Process Flow
1) Pre-treatment and Crushing
Break down bulk raw salt to suitable size for washing and milling.
2) Washing
Screw washing combined with agitated and counter-current washing to remove insoluble and soluble impurities for higher purity.
3) Milling and Screening
Wet or dry size reduction followed by grading to meet target grain sizes.
4) Dewatering
Use centrifuge dewatering to reduce moisture before drying and cut energy use.
5) Drying
Fluidized bed or hot-air drying to reach the specified moisture for packaging.
6) Packaging
Automated packing lines for refined salt, industrial salt or table salt.
